Biography

Nicole Patterson is a Principal in Deloitte’s Workforce Transformation practice with over two decades of experience in global talent transformation, organizational transformation, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and change-leadership with an emphasis in the TMT (telecom, media and technology) industry.

Throughout her career, Nicole has been a leader in diversity, equity and inclusion, both within Deloitte, as well as in leading DEI transformations with clients. With clients, she collaborates on building enterprise-wide transformative diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies, programs, processes and policies, and ultimately in embedding DEI into the core business strategy. She also coaches executives on inclusive leadership. She serves as the TMT DEI Consulting leader.

Within Deloitte, she has several key DEI leadership roles and currently serves on Deloitte’s company-wide Black Action Council, a leadership council that is building an anti-racist organization and culture at Deloitte. Nicole holds an MBA with honors from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She is also a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).

Nicole is a Board Member of Girls Inc. of Alameda County, an organization whose mission is to inspire all girls to be strong, smart and bold. She is married with two young children.
